Who runs the Games for my Kids?

The Ultimate Game Trailer is operated by a Game Trailer associate known as the “Game Coach”. Game Coaches are responsible for delivering the Game Trailer, staging the theater for play, managing the participants and game play, and maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere.

How much do parties cost?

Parties start from $259.00.  We started this year a 1 hour party.  Some parents ask and here it is the 1 hour Game Trailer!  

Do you charge delivery fees?

There is a delivery fee depending on your location. Please check the Delivery Tab to see what the cost is to your city or town!  All parties of 4 or more hours we waive the delivery fee.

Is it appropriate to tip the Game Coach who hosts the event?

Gratuity is not required but highly encouraged.  If it helps, 95% of our clients tip the Game Coach for a job well done. If you didn't enjoy The Ultimate Game Trailer I want to know about it...... I am the owner.
 

They are predicting bad weather (RAIN or SNOW) is the party still going to happen?

The only time a party is canceled is if the weather may cause the driver of the trailer any danger!  So if its snowing out and the road conditions are bad then yes we would cancel..

When it is raining out only the trailer goes.  The only thing that is different in rain is the 2 TV's on the outside of the trailer do not come with us.  So the party is only inside and we put the Wii's on the inside TV's along with the Playstation 3 and XBOX 360.  That is why we do say rain or shine we go!!!!

IT is going be 0 degrees the day of the party?  Will the trailer be OK????

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!  The trailer will be at a warm 70-75 degrees.  Nice and warm for a party.  COLD OUTSIDE NICE AND WARM INSIDE!!!!


How do I book a party?

Booking is easy. Simply give us a ring at 203-380-1655, shoot us an email at ultimategametrailer@yahoo.com, click on the Contact us page and leave me a note. I will return it promptly!


How can I pay you for the Trailer?

You may pay for your event with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Cash. Payment credit card must be presented with a valid ID upon our arrival, before the event can start. We can not process credit card payments without the physical card present for payment. Events will not start until proper payment is received and verified.

I live on a hill. Is that going to be a problem?

Well, some steep hills are a problem.  We can level the trailer off to be flat but certain hills can be an issue.  The Ultimate Game Trailer will come out to your location if you are not sure the trailer will be able to be relatively flat.  When we book for you we will ask you about location.


How many kids can play at a time in the Trailer?

There are 16 guaranteed player stations inside the Ultimate Game Trailer. When weather permits there are an additional 8 free outdoor player stations. When certain games permit, all 16 to 24 stations can be linked for simultaneous play. Not all video games have multi-player options, some games are only single player games.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel your party with less than 7 days notice we will charge you a $100.00 fee. If you "no show" - meaning, Ultimate Game Trailer arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, we will charge you for the full event. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to deliver service there is no charge.

It looks pretty big! How much space do you need?

The Ultimate Game Trailer and hauling truck requires approximately 50 feet of space (about 6 parking spaces). The Trailer and truck, while they make block your driveway, will fit in front of most residential homes.

Is there an age limit?

The Ultimate Game Trailer welcomes players of all ages; however, players 6 years and under must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult while inside the theater.

What if I want to make sure there are no "bad" games?

At The Ultimate Game Trailer we are parents too. We do not allow any games that we think are inappropriate for our children.  On the other hand you may decide its ok! We will ask you prior to arriving what types you would like at the party. The Ultimate Game Trailer does NOT offer any “Adult” rated games. All “Mature” rated games, such as Halo 3, require written parental or party host (renter) approval before the games can be loaded into the consoles for play. While we are careful to monitor “Mature” and/or “Teen” rated games, it is ultimately the parent’s (or party host’s) responsibility to make sure their child is not playing a game that the parent does not desire them to play.

They say its gong to rain, or be really HOT! What do we do?

The Ultimate Game Trailer was designed for all weather climates. The Trailer is insulated and climate controlled. We are typically able to provide our services any time of the year; however, in the event of severe weather such as ice and snow storms, high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to preserve the safety of our staff and equipment.

Can I serve my party cake in the trailer?

We are the ONLY Game Trailer that allows you to EAT AND DRINK inside the trailer. So bring in your drinks and your pizza and don't forget the cake. We will have a great time in The Ultimate Game Trailer.
